Classroommanagement isn’t something I have struggled with. That’s not to say that I haven’t had challenging students throughout my 16 years in the classroom, but their behavior is never an ongoing issue or distraction. provide positive feedback designed to support instead of control.
Having conducted well over a thousand observations of K-12 teachers over the last 15 years, I have noticed there is one piece of feedback I have given more than any other–and it involves a seemingly minor word change.
