I would like to see teachers balance the time they spend on instruction with the time they spend facilitating learning and providing feedback as students attempt to do something with that instruction. The challenge for teachers is figuring out how to create the time and space necessary to prioritize feedback.

When I work with teachers, I emphasize the value of building a dynamic skill set composed of many different approaches to designing and facilitating learning. There is no single instructional model that will work for every learning outcome. What Blended Learning is Not. Just like in life, no one tool solves every problem.
