For group work, either to help solve problems in the group or to gauge progress, record interactions so students can review and reflect on how they interact with their peers.

Have students reflect on their strengths, complement each other during group work and other collaborative efforts. Give students time to first read these on their own. Ask students to read a few notes aloud. Storytelling to Practice Empathy Read or have several students read portions of Gate A-4 out loud.
