In addition to introducing students to new music tools, my teaching philosophy involves introducing students to music at a very young age. Music unleashes creative powers in the classroom.

In my confusion, I began reading for curiosity rather than exams. I have never used traditional tests in my classes because I dont believe that teaching ability can be measured through exams. To accompany this teaching philosophy, I adopt ungrading 2 in all my courses. I had no clear direction or career.
