Marines, it doesn't matter what your rank is, you're considered a leader, and as a leader, you also need to coach and teach. By the end of my career in the military, I was in charge of probably about 20 Marines, and I'd have to train, teach, coach and lead them. So you finish your service and get your bachelor’s degree.
