It’s proved itself an instructional method of equal parts possibilities and problems. When the group project goes poorly, the content is compromised, and students turn their backs on group work.

Many struggle to actively pay attention. PhotoVoice is a visual method used to understand the world through the eyes of those experiencing it. As a faculty member, I often hear the blatant dismissal of students and their preoccupation with technology. Students are always on their phones. Students then post an image.
