In the above context, I saw my pandemic classroom as a laboratory to prototype and test new pedagogical moves, and where unexpected issues are expected to come to light. I see the 80/20 rule has an on-going process in which the next time I teach the same course, my goal is to move towards achieving 90% of desired outcomes.
